Crystal Sound and Light Limited working with facilities managers and venue staff offer complete bespoke testing, repair and maintenance services. Scheduled in advance (usually to suit school holidays or off-season schedules) these services either take place at your venue or equipment is collected for service at our office.Crystal Sound and Light Limited can service all parts of your lighting and AV systems including:-

Electrical testing of dimmers, Maintenance and repair of moving lights,Electrical testing of all dimmable circuits, Testing of hearing loop systems, Refocusing luminaires, Specialist PAT testing of sound and lighting equipment, Cleaning and maintenance of all stage equipment

We can also quote for service of multiple spaces and venues. You must contact our technical service team for a reference number before sending any item to us. We perform repairs for products that have been purchased through Crystal Sound and Light Limited and are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

All warranty repairs will first need go through our Sales department in order to confirm purchase date and warranty status. If your item is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we can offer one-off product repairs. It is our aim to keep all of your equipment at the peak of performance
